I have followed the guide to boot from NVMe and updated the eeprom. The SSD I am trying to boot from is :
SK hynix PC300 NVMe 256GB
When I boot from it, I can see the desktop and I am able to briefly move the mouse. However, it hangs in few sec and I cannot do anything. After a while, the screen gets black.
I have switched SSD (PRO 970 500 GB), and everything works fine. Ideally, the SK hynix is the one that I am not using anymore and would be perfect on the raspberry pi 5.
What would cause this issue, and how could I figure out what is wrong with that drive? It's detected, and appear to boot, but doesn't seem stable.
