Hi everyone,
I recently purchased a couple of Raspberry Pi V3 wide cameras and mounted them on my gantary robots, which has a structure similar to a 3D printer, to stream live video. However, I’ve been experiencing significant vibration in the video feed whenever the robot is in motion. Despite trying various techniques to mitigate this issue, the vibrations remain substantial enough that I need to seek your advice and assistance.
From my observations, it appears that the autofocus system might be contributing to this problem. The lens seems to be very loosely attached to the sensor, possibly with a spring mechanism, which absorbs all the vibrations and results in noticeable distortion effects in the video.
Has anyone else encountered this issue or have any suggestions on how to address it? Am I missing something crucial in the setup or configuration that could help reduce these vibrations? Any tips, tricks, or solutions would be greatly appreciated, I have been strugging with this problem for a while.
