Troubleshooting • Camera does not work after compile kernel

Dear all,

I'm trying to do test camera feature with RPi 5 hardware and IMX219 camera module.

The camera works well with the OS downloaded from raspberry pi imager, but after I tried to compile the linux kernel by myself with the following guide, camera can not be opened anymore.

I did not find any other issue except camera with new compiled image, what did I miss in this process?
